Fuxin Boman Biochem Tech Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Fuxin Boman") was registered by anqing Boman Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "anqing Boman") in Fuxin fluorine chemical industry park, Liaoning Province in December 2019.

Anqing Boman, founded in 2017, is located in Anqing high tech Development Zone. It is a high-tech enterprise focusing on the independent research, development, amplification and sales of new pharmaceutical and material intermediates and fine chemicals. It has a registered capital of 5 million yuan and covers an area of 5000 square meters, including 9 synthetic R & D laboratories, 10 kilogram laboratories and 2 analytical laboratories. It is equipped with the largest 100L glass reactor, HPLC, GC, LC-MS and other analytical facilities. Anqing Boman has established strategic cooperation with Anhui Agricultural University to provide assistance for R & D. Fuxin Boman has a total investment of 80 million yuan, covering an area of 50 mu. It has built two production workshops and plans to build a workshop meeting GMP requirements.
